How to choose the right size?

Can I return my dress if it doesn't fit?
Yes. You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to make a return. The item must be in its original condition, unworn and with its tags. To initiate a return, please consult our returns policy and contact us at contact@thelumyra.com
In which areas do you deliver and what are the delivery times?
We deliver to France (estimated delivery time 3 to 7 business days), to certain European Union countries (Germany, Belgium, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands) with estimated delivery times of 4 to 10 business days, as well as to Switzerland and the United Kingdom, where delivery times are estimated between 5 and 12 business days. These delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier and the time of year.
What is the quality of your clothing like?
All our dresses are carefully selected for their material, cut, and finishes. We only sell items that we have approved in terms of quality.
Do you offer alterations or custom-made services?
No, we do not offer alterations or bespoke services.
